Faery-Kin Halfling

Information

These are halfling faeries, that are half human, and half faery.  Their appearance varies according to who their parents are, inheriting traits from both parents.  If they come out of quasi-immortal human races, then they are quasi-immortal, but if they come out of mortal human races, their life span is lengthened by +200 years.  They can learn the Arcane Paths of their faery parent, and may have some of their faery parent's nature in them.  These children are not well accepted by either their faery troops, or by humans, so often wind up as outcasts who wander the world alone.  Occasionally, if their parents have a great love for one another and their halfling child, they will live outside of their troop and raise their child somewhere secluded, and keep their child with them until they are ready to leave home, even if the child wishes to remain with them forever.  This is rare though, for faeries love to gather with their own kind, with the exception of hoary faeries, which are solitary faeries.
