Disadvantages
Cold and Ice: double damage
Raptor Bane: This dilemma is shared by all dragons. Eagles attack dragons and dragon people in dragon form on sight. When attacked by eagles, dragon types lose -1 AR per hit, which can result in the dragon retreating as it loses it defenses against eagles. Despite being much smaller than dragons and doing light damage; eagles hook their talons and beaks beneath their scales or under their skill to pull scales off or tear the skin open. They also tear the membranes of their wings. This not only stings badly, and can result in grounding them, but makes the dragon far more vulnerable to damage from weapons until the scales or skin grow back. Eagles tear into muscle on a crit.
Roll 25% chance of an eagle being in the area during any outdoor engagements, unless eagles do not inhabit an area that has long been established as dragon territory (GM or chat master call). If an eagle is in the area, roll for whether it is a giant breed of eagle, 1 d6, roll of 1 is a giant eagle. Giant eagles do more damage and inflict -2 AR loss on each hit. Dragons tend to avoid areas with eagles unless they can kill off the eagles so they can establish a territory.

leathery wings; elongated mandibles with needle sharp, razored teeth and large canines; clawed hands and feet; and a powerful, spiked tail. They are somewhat human in their build and can speak whatever language they learn but in a deep jagged voice like a bird with speech. Bodies are completely scaled.
