Shadowthorn Dragon
Information: Often mistaken for Thorn Dragons because of their appearance, size, and habitat; these dragons are both black and green and command both the shadows and plants. They are far less aggressive (unless threatened) than a shadow dragon but slightly more aggressive than the green dragon. These dragons have green eyes, green bands or stripes, and sometimes have thorn and leaf spines, but where the Thorn Dragon has smooth scales, the Shadowthorn Dragon has ridged scales. These dragons also have the fleshy 'catfish-like' whiskers or the 'beard-like' chin whiskers of a Shadow Dragon. Its wings, which are green at the base and fade into black are not leafy in appearance like the Thorn Dragon, although they do sometimes have the leaf-like veins. This breed came about by the mating of Shadow and Forest Dragons. These dragons are omnivorous.
